Delivery Policy
Effective 21 October 2026
Everything sold on SolxLab is a digital download. Nothing is shipped, so there are no shipping charges and no physical delivery.
1. How you receive your purchase
- Paid by UPI: after you submit your UPI reference (UTR), we check the payment against our bank statement. Once it's confirmed, we email the download link to the address you gave. This happens within 3 working days, usually sooner.
- Paid by card or net banking (Razorpay, where offered): a Download now button appears on the model's page straight after payment, and we email the link at the same time.
- Smaller models download straight from our server. Larger models are delivered as a secure link to a file-sharing service such as Google Drive. The model's page says which applies before you buy.
2. Your download link
Your link is private to your order. It works for 72 hours and up to 5 downloads. Please save the file to your own storage once you have it. If the link expires or runs out, email us with your order number and we'll send a new one.
3. If your link hasn't arrived
For a UPI payment, allow up to 3 working days for our check. For card or net banking, the email normally arrives within minutes, and at most within an hour. If it's later than that:
- check your spam or promotions folder;
- email billing@solxlab.in with your order number and your UPI reference (UTR) or Razorpay payment ID.
We reply within 2 working days.
4. Where we deliver
You can buy and download from anywhere. Prices are in Indian rupees (INR). UPI works only with Indian bank accounts. If you pay from outside India by card, your bank converts the amount and may charge its own fees.
